I ordered from MIRA Safety and, to be fair, I did get the basic updates, so I wasn’t sitting there completely clueless. I’m also probably a little impatient because I like to plan ahead and I had some stuff going on, so I was checking my email more than usual.

That said, a couple of the messages felt kind of vague, and I had to reach out with follow-up questions just to get a better idea of the timing. They did answer me, which I appreciated, but the replies weren’t always as clear or direct as I hoped.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, and I’m not trying to make a huge deal out of it. I just think the communication could be a bit more straightforward for customers, especially for people like me who overthink shipping updates and need things spelled out a little more.

I found what I needed without too much trouble, but the checkout was kinda clunky on my phone. Not a huge deal, just a bit annoying lol.

The product itself was fine, but the packaging was a mess. The box was crushed, and the tape was barely hanging on like someone rushed it out the door. It just felt like a waste of everyone’s energy having to worry about whether it was damaged when better packing would’ve saved the hassle.

Grabbed a MIRA Safety filter and it was okay at first, but it went downhill fast. Breathing got harder quickly, and after that I just didn’t feel like I could trust it. For the price, I expected a lot more. Wouldn’t buy it again.

I grabbed this from Mira Safety thinking it was going to be some tough, reliable gear, but nope. After just a few uses and normal storage, parts started feeling loose, and the material felt kind of flimsy, like the little weakling couldn’t handle basic use.

For what they charge, I expected way better. Maybe I ended up with a dud, but durability was a huge letdown and this thing came off more like overpriced junk than solid safety gear.

I’m giving it 3 stars because I’m not fully convinced yet. The site looked okay overall, but a few missing details made me pause a bit.
The shipping and order info wasn’t super clear, and customer service took a little while to reply. They did get back to me, which was good, but it didn’t feel quite as smooth as I’d expect.

I don’t think it’s a scam or anything, but I’d want much clearer info and faster support before I’d feel really comfortable trusting them fully.

I expected a lot more for what they were charging. The way it was presented made it sound like you’d be getting something really high quality, but the reality didn’t come close. It felt overpriced for what actually showed up, and I wouldn’t spend the money again.

The mask feels sturdy overall, and once I fiddled with it a bit, the seal was decent. I don’t know if it’s just my face shape or what, but I did still notice a couple tiny leaks here and there. It’s not bad, I just thought it would seal a little better out of the box.

I had to email twice before anyone got back to me, and when they finally did, the answer was short and didn’t really solve my problem. On top of that, they kept making me verify myself over and over, which got frustrating fast. Maybe they were busy, but it felt like I was just being brushed off. Not a great customer service experience.

I wanted to like it, but it gets stuffy fast and is hard to wear for a long time 😕. It’s okay for short use, but not great if you need to breathe comfortably for longer periods

I ordered the size I normally wear, expecting it to fit like most of my other clothes, but it ended up being way too tight on me. I even checked the size chart beforehand, but it didn’t really make things any clearer or help me pick a better size. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it just didn’t match up at all. I ended up having to go through the return process, which was kind of frustrating and more hassle than I was hoping for. Overall, the item itself might be fine, but the sizing experience was annoying.

I tried my MIRA mask for a couple of hours, it does the job fine. For short stretches, I’d say it’s okay, but I wouldn’t call it super comfortable. The straps felt a little tight on me and left some marks on my face after wearing it. Not a dealbreaker, and maybe it depends on your face shape or how long you need to wear it, but for all-day use, I’d probably want something a bit more comfortable.

The mask itself feels sturdy and the materials seem decent, so I’ll give it that. But the finish had a few rough spots that I didn’t really expect for the price. It works fine so far, but when I brought up the quality issue, I felt a bit dismissed, like it wasn’t really a big deal. Overall, it’s usable, just not as cleanly made as I hoped...

It works fine overall, but the side view feels a little narrow to me. It’s hard to describe exactly, but I was expecting a bit more visibility around the edges.

To be fair, the site itself was easy to use and I liked what they had, but the stuff I wanted wasn’t available in my size. A bit disappointing, but I’d probably check back later

I tried to return my order, it turned into a bigger hassle than it needed to be. You’d think the steps would be straightforward, but the instructions were confusing and the replies took way too long. I still don’t really feel like it was handled properly.

I had a problem with my mask and figured the warranty would be a straightforward fix, but it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. Replies took forever, and I kept having to repeat the same details like nobody was actually reading what I’d already sent. I had planned to get it sorted before a trip, but the back-and-forth dragged on and basically ruined that plan. They did eventually respond, so I won’t say it was the absolute worst, but it definitely wasn’t helpful or smooth.

I’m writing this based on my actual order, not making up some random delay. My shipment was late, and what bothered me most was how ignored I felt when I tried to get updates. I wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect, but a simple response or clearer communication would’ve made a big difference.
